This is the "new management" that has taken over. These guys are nothing more than thugs. This is further proof that they're ignorant, and do not care about the people, but rather than trying to make quick money.

WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS?
This is a very simple question. While living at west tech lofts I have came across quite a few people with HORROR stories from this company, resource residential, and more specifically, West Tech Lofts. While my only regret is not getting the stories while I was living there, I am making sure people know the truths about this apartment complex, the manager Francesca, and the Leasing Agent Nicole S. If you are dead set into moving into this establishment, I have a few recommendations for you. Get a safe, get a dog, get a gun, and don't leave your apartment at night! |
What's your biggest complaint?
This is a easy answer. While some may think its the possibility of death due to the neighborhood (which sounds bad, but there are literally shootings, and beatings in front of the apartment), but I am a 6 year Army veteran and I always carry a gun, and I have a dog... so that's not it for me personally. Its the lack of insulation in the walls, and the lack of respect FROM each neighbor. If my neighbor was having a quiet conversation, I COULD HEAR! Below are three different audio tapes !RECORDED FROM MY APARTMENT! These are all from the neighbors radio. This audio is recoreded from my cell phone put near the wall in my living room. It is literally amazing that this place is still running. I do not exaggerate when I say, I could feel a breeze from the neighbors apartment in certain areas of my apartment.. LISTEN TO THE AUDIO! I took all these to Nicole, who did nothing. Think security will handle it? NOPE! You call security, and they BANG on the door and yell "TURN YOUR RADIO DOWN" which is a bigger issue than the radio itself!

Below is me, at 3AM getting woken up by the fire alarm. The alarm in the apartment has got to be the most ridiculous I've ever seen. I can safely say if your fear is fire... Move here! I know for a fact the damn fire alarm works. I lived in West Tech Lofts from December 2010 - September 2011, and I had experienced roughly 1 dozen middle of the night, or early morning fire alarms. This would be my second biggest complaint...
When this goes off at 3AM, my suggestion to you... Get in your car and drive somewhere. I had it once last over 30 minutes! I have Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Traumatic Brain Injury from Iraq and Afghanistan, and I almost died!
