I wanted to thank you for getting this out there in a more assertive way. I almost moved here a year ago and, having paid a deposit to hold the unit until move in day, I backed out, after reading too many bad comments. Your efforts confirms my prior suspicion and I'm sorry you've had to deal with it all. Thanks again..
P.S. I wish somehow this place could be different; it had potential.
