Moving out once the lease is up.
This place isn't all bad, but I do have a couple gripes.
It started when I was moving in and the maintenance man had an issue with us propping the door open to move in our heavier items and use the elevator. Excuse me, you need me to use the front entrance to move a couches, tvs, tables, and mattresses clear across the building? oh, okay. This coming from the same man I witnessed discussing the purchase of an "8-ball" with one of the tenants. What an uncomfortable hallway encounter...
The fire alarms are absolutely ridiculous, the most asinine noise I have ever heard.
I have been woken up by blood-curdling screams at 4am which made me want to call the cops (I didn't). I seriously thought someone was being murdered. Who needs soap operas when you can just turn the tv down and hear a domestic dispute at any time throughout the day.
The set-up of the building is not convenient, I love how I can go out a door but cannot go into one *sarcasm*. With the amount of rent I am paying, I don't see why they cannot afford to put at least key card access at the other doors of the building.
Aside from those issues, I really don't have too many other problems.
